Tsume will take care of your After-Sales Service free of charge if you make a claim by opening a support ticket within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

After this period, the After-Sales Service becomes chargeable.

Note that the electronic parts of your part have a 2-year warranty from the receipt date of the product.

Reseller

Please contact your reseller who will open a ticket with Tsume.

The logistics of this exchange will be done from/to the dealer's address.

Second hand

The After-Sales Service will be paid and within the limit of available stocks because the priority is reserved for the direct customers of our site as well as those of the resellers.
