If you notice any missing part(s) when you receive a product ordered on our website, please open a ticket with our support department as follows, within the warranty period:

> The attached pictures are mandatory to submit your ticket.

Depending on the technical complexity of the statue, our team will either send you a spare part or repatriate the statue for a replacement.
